Form Settings not visible

Hi

I have successfully installed the solution and activated from Central Administration. But I am unable to see Form Settings link under List Settings option.

Please help.

That problem is maybe because you need to change the web application in: Central Administration > Application Management > Manage Web Application Features
on the menu drop-down right for the application that you want to use.
